Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Machine Learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models and applications. This position requires a strong foundation in Python programming, experience with ML frameworks, and a passion for building intelligent systems to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Learning Development:

1. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python-based frameworks.
2. Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and build predictive algorithms.

2. Software Development:

Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for ML and non ML applications.
Develop APIs to serve machine learning models for production use.

3. Data Processing:

Work with structured and unstructured data to build and optimize data pipelines.
Perform data preprocessing tasks, including cleaning, feature engineering, and transformation.

4. Model Deployment and Optimization:

Integrate ML models with the applications.
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
Document code, workflows, and processes for team-wide knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

Programming:
1. Proficient in Python, with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
2. Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

2. Data Handling:

Experience with S L and NoS L databases (e.g., PostgreS L, MongoDB).
Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.

3. Machine Learning:

Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and tuning (e.g., hyperparameter optimization).

4. Deployment:

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

5. Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

ualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
Certifications in Python, machine learning, or cloud technologies are highly desirable.

Preferred ualifications:

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
Experience with MLOps practices, including model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
Exposure to deep learning frameworks and advanced ML techniques.
