Role Overview :

As a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership and organizational skills will be key in driving project success.

Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure alignment and progress.

- Monitor project performance and proactively manage risks and issues.

- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate problem-solving discussions.

- Ensure project compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.

- Lead project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Skills :

- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in Data/BI projects

- Proficiency in project management tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a pl us.
