UI / UX Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, modern UI design trends, and front-end development. You will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Work closely with backend developers and product teams to align UI with business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging UI/UX technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and UI frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with CSS pre-processors (SASS, SCSS) and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
• Ability to collaborate in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with JavaScript libraries like jQuery, GSAP, or D3.js.
• Knowledge of Headless CMS, Webflow, or other design-to-code platforms.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, APIs, databases).
• Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and user research.
