We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with expertise in LIMS, LES and ELN to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions tailored to meet Business requirements along with ERP/Non-ERP System Integration and Instrument Interfacing. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring system scalability, and maintaining alignment with best practices and industry standards
Roles Responsibilities: Define the architecture and data model for the LIMS, ELN, LES system, ensuring integration with existing IT infrastructure.Develop workflows, configurations, and customizations within LIMS to optimize laboratory processes.Expertise in LIMS,ELN, LES System configuration, customization, and workflow development.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, and SQL.Proven hands-on backend development using Java/J2EE, JSF, RDBMS, SQL, React or any rich internet technology, REST API, Design pattern, Microservice, Jasper/JRXML.Experience with system integrations (e.g., laboratory instruments, ERP systems, and third-party tools)Knowledge of web services and APIs (REST/SOAP). Ensure proper data migration, integration with instruments, and system interoperability with other enterprise systems.Serve as the subject matter expert for LIMS,ELN and LES providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.Mentor and support development teams in best practices for system development and maintenance.Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with LIMS, ELN and LES capabilities.Translate laboratory and organizational needs into technical specifications and workflows.Application Maintenance, Support and Enhancement experience.Excellent team player with interpersonal skills.Ability to support multiple Applications and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualification, Skills Experience: You hold a Bachelors degree in a computer system, engineer, natural science or comparable discipline.12+ years software development or LIMS, ELN, LES implementation/maintenance experiences in Laboratory Informatics environments.Hands on knowledge in LIMS , LES and ELN, Master data, Jasper Reports or other reporting toolsKnowledge of ITIL framework - Proficient understanding of GMP, 21CFRPart11, and related regulations associated with Pharmaceutical product manufacturing Customer friendly personality with strong analytical capabilities and strong process orientationEffective written and verbal communication skills in English.
