Data Scientist (5-6 yrs)

Essential Functions:

1. Lead Data Science Projects:

- Design, implement, and validate advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address complex client problems

- Lead exploratory data analysis to derive insights from large, complex datasets and guide business decisions

- Present complex data findings to stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and monitoring of models

- Establish and maintain best practices for model development, testing, and deployment

- Ensure alignment with project plans and timelines, guiding junior analysts

2. Project and Client Management:

- Conduct feasibility analysis and manage ad hoc requests with a focus on delivering impactful results.

- Solve highly unstructured problems and build scalable solutions that meet performance and business objectives.

- Provide guidance on project scope, methodologies, and execution strategies.

3. Mentorship and Capability Building

- Mentor junior analysts, providing technical guidance and ensuring continuous skill development

- Lead initiatives to enhance the Centre of Excellence (CoE) by contributing to internal research, capability building, and developing proof of concepts (PoCs)

- Foster collaboration across teams to develop new features, tools, and capabilities

- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to enhance the organization's data science capabilities

Lead internal presentations and share key learnings and case studies to promote best practices across the organization

Contribute to process improvements and governance frameworks, ensuring projects adhere to high standards of quality and compliance
