Project Lead - Business Consulting (8-10 yrs)

Essential Functions:

1. Strategic Business Solution and Leadership:

- Lead in identifying emerging business opportunities, driving the development of innovative analytical solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends

- Pioneer the adoption of new analytical methodologies and technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry

- Engage in high-level project planning, aligning initiatives with broader organizational goals, and influencing executive decision-making

- Set benchmarks for SOPs, quality standards, and documentation processes, promoting a culture of excellence across the team

- Collaborate with different departments to innovate and pilot advanced analytics capabilities, driving the organization's growth and expertise

- Conduct and publish extensive research on emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in the healthcare and pharma analytics space

2. Advanced Problem Solving:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of client business processes, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to extract actionable insights that will help support decision-making in sales and marketing strategy

- Tackle highly complex and unstructured business challenges, leveraging deep industry knowledge and analytical skills to deliver impactful solutions
