Technical Delivery Manager

Experian India is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager.be a technical and, have zero tolerance for inefficiencies in product development & deliveries. You will have, along with different products and technologies. Suggesting and driving forward infrastructure and tooling improvements that allow the business to operate at pace. You will also ensure customer successes by providing necessary support to business-critical applications.

You will be an Agile technology teams of product engineers in delivering product roadmaps for our Experian products. You will need to encourage team collaboration and work towards technology transformation goals of Experian Technology team.

What youll do (Job responsibilities for this role)

• Deliver technology products by leading a team of engineers and by collaborating with business and customer partners.
• Develop and propose options with pros/cons and risks, and work with partners to finalise the best solution that meets our needs
• Provide clear and precise technology options for business case at hand highlighting pros and cons for each proposed options.
• Review team work and guiding on technical/functional aspects for smooth implementation
• Do effort estimation, help solution and led project management activities
• Prioritise and accomplish tasks in the product lifecycle following laid guideline
• Validate product functionality and security requirements
• Suggest and guide infrastructure and tooling improvements that allow the business to operate at pace
• We are looking for someone who is engaged, and willing to participate with the right.
• Orchestrate the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring that all aspects of go-live are considered
• Investigate issue trends and design solutions, Problem, Change Management and Release Management.
• Expertise in working on Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Providing mentorship to few product engineers and guide project team with technical solutions (You may not have people ownership for these engineers)
• 3+ years of experience with testing: Unit Testing, Test-driven Development, Integration Testing, Load Testing, Test Automation.
• Responsible for automation & system provisioning, metrics, monitoring, scalability and security

What youll need to bring along

• You are expected to be technology expert, who can evaluate multiple technology options and approaches to arrive at a product solution
• Experience to lead large project implementations in Banking Domain,
• Programming Skills: Programming skills with knowledge of object-oriented architecture and modern frontend frameworks.
• Technology & Script: JavaScript, Java Basics / Core Java /Advance Java, Web Services, JSP Servlets, JavaScript toolkits, Web/Application Servers, OO and relational modeling skills, OOPS. Framework - Spring, Hibernate
• DB Skills: Basic DB administration experience (db2, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Networking: Understand network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP).
• tools: BitBucket. GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, and Chef
• Agile Methodologies: 5+ years of experience with Agile software development, Agile XP and project management methodologies. Usage of Kanban board and project management tool like Jira
• DevOps: Continuous integration and deployment experience to DevOps practices
• Experience with multiple architectures: Domain-driven Design, Microservices, Cloud Native and Event-driven Architecture.
• Attitude to manage issues including resolution and the identification of remediation opportunities
• Fail fast approach to align to product engineering standards
