Expeditors - Webmethods Developer - EDI Integration (4-6 yrs)

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

- Work on new and maintain existing EDI translations using WebMethods Integration Server.

- Code translations based on map specifications and business requirements.

- Fulfill testing requirements, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Ensure project deadlines are met consistently.

- Perform code reviews for other developers to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.

- Follow established guidelines and procedures for code installation, deployment, and maintenance.

- Complete supporting file, directory, and communication setups for EDI integrations.

- Monitor all code installations and deployments for successful execution and identify potential issues.

- Ensure WebMethods systems are operating successfully and efficiently with minimal downtime.

- Participate in supporting WebMethods translations by troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in developing and supporting integrations using the WebMethods Integration Server.

- Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and their implementation.

- Experience with Java, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies.

- Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with WebMethods Designer, Flow, and other WebMethods components.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Certifications in WebMethods Integration Server
