Salesforce Full Stack Dev(Support)

As a Full-Stack Salesforce Developer Support, you will play a crucial role of being the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical challenges and user experience while leveraging the extensive capabilities of our product. This position involves a strong focus upon utilizing Salesforce as a source of data to ensure an outstanding user journey.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 4+ years of work experience in Engineering, Programming, or Technical Support. Min 2+ years of Salesforce Development Experience is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated skills in Customer Support or Customer Service in a customer-facing role
• Ability to effectively prioritize and advance customer issues, as the need arises
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
• Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM applications and other cloud-based technologies
• Salesforce Active Certifications; Admin 201, Adv. Admin, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer 1
• Experience with CPQ and/or Subscription Billing is preferred.
• Experience with building Salesforce AppExchange products is a plus.
• Demonstrates an open mindset and willingness to work in a 24x7 operational environment, including rotational shifts, to ensure seamless business continuity.
