You ll work across a broad doma i n, collaborat i ng closely w i th product owners, des i gners, researchers, and eng i neers to develop thoughtful des i gn solut i ons. Your work w i ll reflect an i nclus i ve, human-centered approach, and you ll contr i bute i n a dynam i c, global env i ronment that spans mult i ple brands, dev i ces, and platforms.

Our goal i s to understand the un i que needs of each traveler and del i ver personal i s ed exper i ences that i nsp i re and s i mpl i fy the i r journey.

What you ll do:

As a member of XD, youll advocate for human-centered product strategy and design. And while no two days here are identical, your main responsibilities will look something like this:

Strategy & Plann i ng:

You w i ll contr i bute a var i ety of des i gn solut i on proposals, clearly art i culat i ng how those solut i ons meet user needs, sat i sfy bus i ness goals, and adhere to techn i cal constra i nts.

You w i ll i nfluence the development of the des i gn roadmap, support i ng forward-th i nk i ng des i gn work and ass i st i ng w i th the s i z i ng and pr i or i t i s at i on of i tems on the roadmap.

You w i ll collaborate closely w i th Product Managers to uncover opportun i t i es that enhance XD s bus i ness i mpact by observ i ng market trends and rev i ew i ng customer feedback.

Ideation and Visuali s ation :

You w i ll d emonstrate mastery of common v i sual and i nteract i on des i gn pr i nc i ples and pract i ce, and create appropr i ate sketches , w i reframes, flows, des i gn comps, and prototypes w i th m i n i mal gu i dance .

You w i ll des i gn and art i culate comprehens i ve end-to-end user flows and def i ne connect i ons between products and funct i ons to enhance the overall user exper i ence and usab i l i ty.

You w i ll ensure your des i gn solut i ons are compat i ble w i th access i b i l i ty technolog i es (e.g., alt text, capt i ons, screen readers) and i nclude deta i led access i b i l i ty annotat i ons i n pol i shed des i gns.

You w i ll qu i ckly generate low- and h i gh-f i del i ty des i gns to descr i be and clar i fy complex des i gn challenges or solut i ons.

Systems Th i nk i ng:

Who you are:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent, with 5-8 years of experience in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.

Strong expertise in facilitation, information architecture, and a solid understanding of technical platforms and their constraints.

Demonstrated experience in creating user-centered designs across multiple devices and platforms, including native mobile apps.

Skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor audits to inform design decisions.

Experience working with and contributing to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design practices.

Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to translate user needs into practical, high-quality design solutions.

A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create thoughtful, innovative, and user-centered designs.
