HR Recruiter & Payroll Executive

Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate evaluation and selection process, including reference checks and background screenings.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruiting agencies.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.

Payroll:

• Candidate should have Paymax Software or similar payroll software knowledge.
• Process payroll accurately and on time using payroll software/system.
• Calculate and input payroll data, including hours worked, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related information.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and analysis.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements.

Notice Period: Immediate joiner or max 15 days notice period

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

Prefer candidates from Navi Mumbai locations
