Junior Drupal Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Drupal Developer to assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of Drupal-based websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Drupal 9/10, PHP, theming, and basic module development. You will work with senior developers, designers, and project managers to build scalable and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drupal Development & Customization:

- Assist in the development of Drupal 9/10 websites and features.

- Work on custom modules, hooks, and templates under senior developers guidance.

- Implement and configure contributed modules as needed.

2. Theming & Front-End Development:

- Develop and modify Drupal themes using Twig, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

3. Site Maintenance & Support:

- Perform basic debugging, bug fixing, and troubleshooting of Drupal sites.

- Assist in applying security patches and software updates.

- Monitor and optimize performance, caching, and database queries.

4. API & Third-Party Integrations:

- Integrate external services (e.g., APIs, Google Analytics, CRMs) into Drupal sites.

- Work with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats.

5. Collaboration & Learning:

- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

- Work closely with senior developers and project teams to understand requirements.

- Stay up to date with the latest Drupal and web development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in Drupal 8/9/10 development.

- Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and Drupal theming.

- Experience with Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Basic understanding of custom module development and Drupal APIs.

- Familiarity with Composer, Drush, and Git version control.

- Knowledge of basic SEO and web accessibility best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with headless Drupal and front-end frameworks .
