• Develop and maintain editorial vision and strategy for both print and web content.
• Lead the editorial team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Ensure all content aligns with the BBC's standards of quality and integrity.
• Youtube and developing content for video platforms.

Content Development:

• Oversee the planning, writing, and production of articles, reviews, features
• Hosting the review videos , special features for the Top gear India you tube and Instagram channel
• Generate innovative ideas for features and series that highlight the automotive industry.
• Manage the editorial calendar.
• Job requires travelling nationally and internationally and interviewing Top Leaders , celebrities and other influential personalities

Final Check :

• Edit and proofread articles to maintain high editorial standards.
• Monitor and review content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice.

Team Work:

• Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to create cohesive branding and promotional strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing an editorial team.
• Strong understanding of print and digital publishing processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication and presentation skills on camera
