Production Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical), B.Tech (Mechanical)

Notice Period: 15 Days, 1Month or 2 Months

Required Skills:

• Experience into Tyres, Tube or Rubber industry
• PCR production
• Mixing, 4 RC, Extrusions. Curing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets.
• Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality, maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.Maintain and improve product quality by enforcing quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality protocols.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
