Educational qualification and experienceB.E. (Mechanical) with 3 to 4 years of experience preferably from Auto component industry.

Desired qualificationMBA in Marketing

Age Group25-30 years.

CTC Rs.4 - 5 Lacs / Annum

Roles and Responsibilites

1) Close interaction with customers / distributors for generating the orders and penetration of the business with new customers.
2) Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
3) Order updation/order booking and order acceptance in the system.
4) Follow up and co-ordination with internal team such as PPC, Production, Despatch for fulfilment of the customer orders.
5) Customerwise - vehiclewise despatch planning, co-ordination with FGS team, generation of invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills, shipment notifications etc.
6) Providing shipment, despatch details to customers promptly.
7) Providing exceptional customer support to effective communication, resolving queries and concern promptly.
8) Assist in sales planning and analysis by gathering data on trends and feedback from customers and field sales team.
9) Support the field sales team by providing details of customerwise pending orders, sales target quarterly, half yearly, yearly etc.
10) Monthly sales performance customerwise and analyze the data.
11) Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly sales performance and update
12) Timely payment realization from customers/ reconciliation of accounts, data preparation, arranging for debit / credit notes etc.
13) Driving and implementing various schemes for increasing the sales by getting the feedback of competitors schemes / promotional activities etc.
14) Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
15) Fully conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point.
16) Knowledge of ISO-9000/ IATF 16949 documentation.
