1. solar pump set installation related training to installers:
I. civil, mechanical and electrical work as per shaktis standards
Ii. complete app related training (eg: survey app, installation app,
Debug app, any other relevant app/apps if required)
Relevant document related to fulfil requirement of shakti and govt
2. following up with installers for assigned tasks
Ii i. complete document related training (eg: jcc or/and any other

1. minimum 12 training to be given to installers in a given month by every fqa
Team member each, feedback form to be collected to installers as proof
2. installation pendency should not be more than 10 days after dispatch in
Assigned area in a month
4. timely submission of tour bills, tour bills for a month should be submitted
3. site quality audit of minimum of 60 sites/per son each month
