Role & responsibilities

• Generate Proforma and sale invoices through SAP
• Generate SAP Purchase order as well as manual Purchase order
• Vendor Payments and shipment followup
• Verifying and applying the e-claim Tax fright charger-related matter
• Taking care of the e-Flow process for customer ID, Credit menu, Sales Return, etc.
• Receive shipment to ensure both quality and quantity
• Trace Track and expedite the purchase process
• Create and Maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Interact with the third-party logistics service provider
• Audit Fright Cost and documentation
• Ensure accuracy of all inventories.
• Review bills and invoices and purchase orders
• Ensure all payments or proceed in time
• Assist customers with inquires
• Create package lists and update shipment information in the database
• Organize files both manually and electrically
• Monitor and facilitate repair orders • Coordinate deliveries for repaired or return items
