Warehouse Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the warehouse team.
• Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels of products and raw materials.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate and manage the receipt, picking, packing, and transportation of products according to production schedules and customer orders.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements related to warehousing and storage of Medical devices.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control department to conduct periodic quality checks and audits of warehouse processes to maintain product integrity. To manage multiple customers for PAN India in case of requirement.
• Conduct performance evaluations of warehouse staff, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• Implement improvements to streamline warehouse operations and reduce lead times.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and material handling systems.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Production, Quality Control, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication in the supply chain.

Education and Professional Requirements:

• Graduation in Science or Bachelors degree in pharmacy or masters degree in pharmacy from Delhi or Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). (Optional)
• 0-3 years experience in Warehouse supervision or management.
