Job Summary :The Sales & Marketing Executive will support the sales and marketing department by assisting with various tasks aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales performance. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain experience in both sales and marketing within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:
• Assist in identifying potential leads and new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activities and client details.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications.
• Marketing:
• Assist in creating, editing, and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports to the manager.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Organize and maintain marketing and sales documentation.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and invoice processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure that all communication is handled professionally.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with senior sales and marketing professionals to execute company strategies.
• Attend team meetings, providing input and updates on assigned projects.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and sales tactics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• BTech/ BE in Mechanical/ Automobile or BBA
• MBA in Marketing will be preferred but not mandatory
• Proven interest in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, SEO, email marketing).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
