Executive - Telesales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have minimum 1 year experience into Tele sales Voice Process (Insurance Background)

Graduation must

Excellent Communication Skills in English with any regional language (Kannada (or) Telugu (or) Malayalam (or) Hindi

Age limit up to 32 years

No of Position: 10

Preferred Language: Hindi- /Kannada /Telugu / Malayalam.

Tele sales Executive Responsibilities:

- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.

- Performs follow-up calls as needed.

- Advises on insurance coverage.

- Conducts periodic policy reviews.

- Prepares insurance proposals.

- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
