- Assist in the execution of HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Support payroll processing activities, including data entry and verification of employee information
- Ensure accuracy in HR documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in managing the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
- Communicate effectively with employees and team members, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Support the administration of compensation programs, ensuring data entry and validation while maintaining confidentiality
- Any graduate/ post graduate aspiring to work with a Multinational brand like DB
- Prior experience in HR Operations will be preferred
- Proactive learning attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic Excel Proficiency
