Job Summary: The Referral Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the referral process within the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring efficient referral management, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Referral Management:
• Oversee the entire referral process, from initial contact to patient follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all referrals.
• Monitor and track referral patterns and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
• Act as the primary point of contact for referral sources.
• Organize and participate in meetings, presentations, and events to promote referral programs.

• Strategy and Growth:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase referral volume and improve patient acquisition.
• Identify new referral sources and opportunities for collaboration.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  
• Operational Efficiency:
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient referral workflows.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to streamline referral processes and improve data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on referral activity and outcomes.
• Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of referral strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in referral management, business development, or a related role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and the referral process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for referral management.
