• Timely filing of EPF Monthly Contribution as centralized to be ensured before the time line

• Process PF claims of Ex-employees for settlement and EPF transfer, EPF Advance and death Claims.

• To review notice / inspection status and drive for its closure with support from Ops team

• Solving Ex- Employees grievance and complaint related Statutory.

• Facilitate EPF Transfer of Exited and New Employees accordingly.

• Handle Employees EPF Advance requests appropriately

• 7

• Ensure UAN For New Employees are created on time.

• Assist the Client Employees in EPF Claim Process.

• Process the settlement for employees by checking the eligibility of , EDLI and GI Claim Process.

• Generate Monthly ESI Report and complete the process within Every 15th

• 11

• Verify the ESI reports and coordinate for payment remittance on time.

• Generate IP as per the time line

• 13

• Ensure all the Profession Tax remittance & return before the time line for the PAN india states

• Prepare the data to handle the inspection & Notices

• ECS - Establsihment Compliance Services

• Monitor status of S & E RC / CLRA RC & License / Trade License and take up for renewal when due

• Collect the Statutory data from clients and update the MIS.

• To collect the gratuity paid details from the client to complete the applicable compliance activities

• Coordinate and Facilitate A & N display for all clients location as per applicability

• Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspections by Government Authorities

• Ensure all the licenses and other statutory requirements are complied with for the establishment.

• Ensure all the statutory returns & remittance (Under various Labour Laws) on time

• VCS - Vendor Compliance Services

• Effectively Handling all the Vendor related Compliance Activities of Clients

• Coordinate with Client, Front End Team ,Backend team & vendors for data collation for returns and other activities

• Handle the team efficiently to keep the client side escalations under control at all times

• 4

• Extend support to clients in effectively handling inspections of authorities

• 5

• Sounf Knowledge about Minimum Wages components, ESIC Contribution, CLRA Act

• 6

• Constantly keep abreast of the latest laws and regulations of the domain as well as ensure knowledge transfer to his team

• 7

• Effective followup on outstanding payments and raising & submission of invoices to the clients.

• 8

• Knowledge about Payment of Wages, Payment of Bonus (minimum and maximum %)

• 9

• Labour Licence applicability (State and Central), OT wages calculation
