We are hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - credit control


Job description

  • Follow up & mailing coordination with client for outstanding clearance.
  • Compilation & analysis of customer overdue and ageing reports, Chasing for Overdue Amount & Realization With the sales team & directly to the customer.
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and resolve accounting discrepancies & Irregularities.
  • After outstanding clearance cross checking as TDS payment done by client and need to cross check online for TDS certificate.
  • Review of receivables related with sales team ensuring minimal overdue & minimal credit risk. Financial statement of accounts including balance confirmation from the customers/debtors.
  • Customer Information System and block/unblock-vertical wise or overall, under the policies & procedures. Managing customer Credit Exposer under the policies laid down by the organization.
  • Closure of business with the customer as required for their full & final settlement.
  • Prepares the outstanding report of due / overdue amount to the customers & forward to the seniors for their further action.
  • Prepare cheque bouncing report on every week basis & take follow-ups for bounced instruments to the concern sales guys.
  • Settle out the disputed case with the help of sales team & forward the defaulter customer to the legal team for their further processing.
  • Calculation & Distribution of Debit / Credit Note to the customers.
  • Co-ordination with Branch for all sales accounting related issue. (Credit Limit/Collection / Payment Terms), sales tax etc.
  • Issuing & controlling CN/DN towards schemes & cash discount & special sales support. Sales Returns, Transportation & administrative expenses of all branches.
  • Product & value wise monthly sales trend & Inventories Reconciliation.
  • Monthly MIS related to the Collection & Credit Control.
  • Collection & Customer Management: Ensuring financial records are maintained in accordance with the policies & procedure laid down by the organization
  • To kept strict eye on the unclear fund reflecting the bank reconciliation sheet.
  • To monitoring the expected fund/collection on daily basis.
  • Accounts Payables & Scheme Management: Checking & verification of different secondary schemes & further disbursement as per co. policy. Approver of all types of reimbursement against expenses of employee. (TA & Administrative) Vendor invoice verification & obtain approval for further posting & payment thereof as per their Ageing details. (30/45/60/90-Days) Verification & posting of all administrative & other operative expenses. Reconciliation of vendors account & obtains & provides confirmation of balances. Assists in statutory tax audit regarding bills payables.
  • Verification & posting of CFA Claims & expenses. Physical verification of stock as per the policy / guidelines of the organization.
