Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience (Third-party payroll). Below is the job description for the role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Act as a gatekeeper by screening calls and managing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and board members.
• Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, conferences, and events.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Possess advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
