Job Description
Maintain and manage the CEOs calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel. Knowledge on the World wide Time Zones is needed to fix the meetings between different time zones.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage all incoming and outgoing communications (emails, letters, reports)
Plan and organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Keep a Track of Passports, Visas and their validities and keeping the reminders for the renewals
Serve as a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external parties.
Organise company events, board meetings, and executive off-sites.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software Good Typing speed with accuracy.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
