Senior Executive - Accountant (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting and Financial Management
  
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Taxation and Compliance
  
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file tax returns and coordinate with auditors for statutory audits.
• Stay updated on changes in taxation laws and implement necessary adjustments.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting
  
• Generate detailed financial reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights for cost control and budgeting.
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Team Collaboration
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accountants.
• Process Optimization
