About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day accounting operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting:
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in Tally.ERP 9 with Cost Center and tax reporting features activated.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-4, GSTR-7A) accurately and on time.
• Reconcile GSTR 2A/2B and follow up with vendors to correct reporting inaccuracies.
• Prepare and file TDS and TCS returns.
• Prepare and maintain various reconciliations (debtors, creditors, bank statements).
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze key financial reports and metrics to support business decision-making.
• Prepare financial statements for statutory audits, GST audits, and other assessments.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cost center-wise accounting.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Expertise in Tally.ERP 9 with advanced features.
• Excellent knowledge of GST and other relevant tax laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced MS Excel skills preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
