Accounts Executive (CA Inter.)

Role & responsibilities

• Process vendor payments for rent, marketing, advertisement, and all other expenses across all locations.
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Generate and send payment advices to suppliers as needed. ?Handle staff travel allowance (TA) settlements.
• Manage RTGS Excel work for financial transactions. Perform bank payment side entries into the AX software.
• Conduct location-wise cashbook reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Reconcile bank payments on the software side.
• Provide support for AX software integration to streamline financial processes.
• Update and verify sales, purchase, and stock in & out records within the AX system.
• Maintain and update location-wise cashbooks.
• Record location-wise expenses, including rent, electricity, and CAM charges.
• Handle entries for salary, PF , ESI , LWF , and incentives to AX.
• Scrutinize accounts and generate reports for financial analysis.
• Enter all journal bills into the AX system for accurate financial recording.
• Manage professional tax and Labour Welfare Fund updation and return filing.
• Prepare daily outstanding reports for concern locations and follow up on pending payments.
