Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Account Executive with experience in SAP FI, Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Etc.

• Responsible for maintaining accurate and day to day accounting entries.
• Posting of journal entries, bank receipts, vendor invoicing.
• Knowledge of Debtors ageing and Sales reconciliations.
• Knowledge of trade receivable working and reporting.
• Knowledge of GST entry and compliance.
• Knowledge of TDS & form 16 compliances.
• Knowledge of reconciliations of bank statements and accounts payable/receivable statements.
• Assist with audits and other compliance-related matters.
• Coordinating with Commercial & Logistic and Marketing Department for Various works.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI Module, Tally Prime, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
