Account Executive

Position: Accounts Department Roles (Multiple Positions)

Location: Greater Noida, India

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Budget Management: Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring expenses.
• Audit Support: Coordinating with auditors and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Tax Compliance: Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• ERP Management: Utilizing accounting software and ERP systems for efficient financial management.
• Employee Management: Creating Salary Reports and Slips for Employees as well as Data Management.
• Dispatch Administration: Material Dispatch Management and Followup with Vendors as well as Customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA certification is a plus).
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
