Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a B.Com or M.Com degree who is dedicated and eager to advance their career in Finance and Accounts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with accounting principles, Tally, e-Invoicing, GST, Provident Fund (PF), and Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes.

Responsibilities:

Primary KRA:

Day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally software.
Preparing and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including bill payments and collections.
Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and update the accounting system.
Preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).
Assisting with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and information.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Performing other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce (B.Com) OR M.Com is mandatory.
Hands on of Invoicing, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.
Expereince with GST and TDS compliance.
Proficiencient in Tally ERP accounting software.
Knowledge of statutory compliances related to PF and ESI.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
