Account Executive

JOB SPECFICATION:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting field.
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in this position.
• Looking only for Female Married candidates who have exposure in the pharmaceutical field (receivables, payables,GST,reconsilation, Stock Management & Vendor Management)
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
• Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
• Should be good in communication, Email and Telephone etiquette.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Finance

• Reconciliation of Cash Credit, Current and Term Loan Accounts.
• Preparation of Daily Funds Flow.
• Payments preparation as per Funds Plan.
• Recording & Checking of Receipts & Remittances.
• Physical Verification of Cash on daily basis.

b. Accounts

• Recording of Daily entries.
• Checking the entries made by the Accounts Assistants.
• Preparing the payment of Salary, Consultant fees and statutory dues.
• Checking the payment of Suppliers for Purchase, Expenses and Capital Items.
• Preparation & Reconciliation of TDS, VAT on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual.
• Preparation of Journal Vouchers.
• Preparation of MIS.
• Reconciliation of Supplier accounts and confirmation.
• Monitoring the advance payment and settlement of Bills.
• Monitoring the other departmental petty cash and advance settlement.
• Matching the Capital bills with Purchase / Work Order and recording.
• Checking the payment voucher prepared by Canteen persons.
• Participation of Branch Visit and Physical Verification of Stock and year end work.
• To compare the pharmacy stock reports from the system with the physical inventory frequently.
• Daily verification of patient payments made with cards, cash or online transfer.
• Ensure that the cash remitted to the bank on daily basis.
• If there is any deviation, should report to management immediately.
• Preparation of AMC Payments, General and Staff Insurance payments.
• To send daily closure report to the management.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Reporting to Head of the Department.
