Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP, be proficient in MS Excel, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be knowledgeable about the latest TDS and GST amendments to ensure accurate invoice booking and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

•      Invoice Booking: Accurately record and manage invoices in the accounting system, ensuring compliance with the latest TDS and GST amendments.

•      Cash Expense Handling: Process and reconcile cash expenses, ensuring adherence to company policies. Also will be responsible for posting cash expenses entries in SAP

•      Accounting Entries: Assist senior accountants with various accounting entries and reconciliations.

•      Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.

•      Compliance: Ensure all accounting activities comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.

•      SAP Utilization: Utilize SAP software for accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

•      MS Excel Proficiency: Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining financial records.

•      Documentation: Candidate will be responsible for invoice and other documents filing hence expected to maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

•      Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to support overall financial operations.
