Exchange Administrator

Requirements:

Years of Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Mandatory Skills: Active Directory & On-Premises experience is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Exchange Management:

• Manage and maintain the Exchange Server environment, ensuring mail flow, data integrity, and user access.
• Configuremailboxes, distribution groups, and other Exchange features.
• Troubleshoot Exchange issues and provide technicalsupportto users
• Troubleshoot Mail flow,Queues, and performance related issues of Exchange Servers.
• MS Exchange Server administration and troubleshooting including Recovery & Maintenance of the Exchange Database
• Monitoring,troubleshooting and problem resolution ofthe Exchange infrastructure and services. • Experience in deploying custom Exchange features,service packs and solutions, and performance/ capacity management of Exchange Servers.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange server environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to email delivery, user access, and server performance. • Implement and manage Exchange policies, including security and compliance configurations.

Windows Administration (Critical)

• Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Administration OS of Windows Server (2k16 2k22)
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of Windows operating systems across the organization.
• Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to Windows servers and workstations.

Decommissioning, commissioning of Windows servers and Vulnerability Management

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows related issues promptly, and aware of IIS, FTP & Disk Space Management

Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP (Critical)

o Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, LDAP, Global Catalog and security settings.

o Understanding of Active Directory FSMO Role.

o Active Directory Trust, Site & Services, AD Replication issue.

o Administer DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable network connectivity and resource access.

o Implement and monitor AD policies, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
