*HR Administration activities like offer letter and appointment order release,

*Attendance maintenance, Handling employees grievances, Salary processing, Exit interview etc

*Create and maintain Candidates profiles for any sudden requirements

*Development and implemention of HR policies and processes.

*Handling HR related compliances PF,ESI,Prof tax etc.

*Planning and execution of HR projects.Role & responsibilities
