Business Analyst - Secondary Research (2-5 yrs)

Looking for an experienced Business Analyst I who is responsible for to resolve tier 1 data related issues raised by business stakeholders and will need to perform a level of business analyst functions, system updates and communication all to support critical business processes.

Experience : 2-5 Years.

Location : Gurugram (Hybrid).

Looking for Early Joiners(Immediate/15 days).

Responsibilities :

- This role will be assigned to resolve tier 1 data related issues raised by business stakeholders and will need to perform a level of business analyst functions, system updates and communication all to support critical business processes.

- Secondary research experience and worked with tools like D&B, Cap IQ, Demand base, Google sheets, general data analysis.

- Manage customer expectations of products and services to be delivered.

- This position will interact with various roles at multiple levels: executive leaders, core team members, and general business and IT audience where clear, consistent communication will be necessary.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects and business process improvements.

- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration.

Education Required:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, technology or related field.

- Advanced degree desirable.

- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams) Google Suite (Google Drive, Drive File Stream, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

- Jira/Atlassian.

- Microsoft Power BI.

Technical/ Professional Skills & Competencies:.

- Able to work well in a highly collaborative cross discipline team.

- Proven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environment.

- Knowledge and experience with Scrum/Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Strong business analysis skills.

- Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects and programs.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
