Act as a mentor and support system for students,providing guidance and personal assistance.
Address students concerns and conflicts, and mediatedisputes when necessary.
Ensure the safety and security of students and the hostelpremises.
Support the Management to implement hostel rules andregulations.
Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, andcoordinate with appropriate authorities as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of the hostel facilities toidentify and address safety hazards.
Maintain accurate records of students, incidents, andmaintenance records.
Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs.
Communicate effectively with students, parents,management, and colleagues effectively.
Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of hostelfacilities.
Coordinate repair and maintenance works.
Monitor and manage inventory of supplies.
Collecting hostel fee and food expenses and medicalexpenses from students.
Attending medical emergencies.
To ensure students are studying on the allotted time.
To wake up the students in the morning and prepare themto go to school.
To ensure all the students are having their breakfast,lunch, evening tea and dinner.
Take the count of students who required food for the nextday.
Take care of students having ill health.
Support in serving food to students.
