SAP BASIS Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and management, with a strong understanding of the technical aspects of SAP systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP environments.

• Should have experience in at least 1 full life cycle project implementation in SAP S/4HANA, including system installation, configuration, performance tuning, upgrades, and migrations.
• Expertise in the configuration and management of SAP systems, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and other SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, and Cloud-based systems).
• Proven experience in installing and configuring SAP systems and components (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager).
• Responsible for system performance optimization, including load balancing, tuning, and SAP system health checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Ensure smooth running of SAP systems by performing regular maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in SAP security, user management, and role configuration (SAP GRC), ensuring compliance with best practices for security management.
• Experience in managing system integrations with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless operation across the SAP landscape.
• Ability to resolve SAP system issues promptly and efficiently, providing support for critical system performance and operational issues.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and customizations based on business requirements.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and proactively engage with project teams, business users, and stakeholders.
• Responsible for the successful implementation of SAP BASIS, providing functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to clients on system administration and configuration tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and optimize SAP system processes and architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management and technical teams.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 full life cycle project implementation experience in SAP BASIS, including experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Certification: Must be SAP Certified in relevant SAP BASIS modules.
• Cloud Experience: Must have hands-on experience with SAP Public or Private Cloud environments.
