Oracle R12 SCM Consultant - E2E Implementation (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- We are looking for an experienced and skilled Oracle R12 SCM Consultant to join our team in Pune.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle R12 applications.

- This is a client-facing role requiring excellent problem-solving and communication skills to deliver effective SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules such as :

- Inventory (INV)

- Purchasing (PO)

- Order Management (OM)

- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM solutions.

- Configure Oracle SCM modules to align with client business processes and requirements.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify system enhancements and provide recommendations.

- Create and maintain documentation, including functional design documents, test cases, and training materials.

- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle R12 SCM modules efficiently.

- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.

- Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Oracle R12 SCM and recommend improvements to optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, including configuration and customization.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and ASCP modules.

- Knowledge of integration points between SCM modules and other Oracle EBS modules such as Finance (AP, AR, GL).

- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle EBS data structures.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in working on full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementation projects.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS technical architecture, workflows, and APIs.

- Experience in implementing Oracle R12 in manufacturing or retail industries.

- Exposure to cloud migration or Oracle Fusion SCM is a plus.
