Design and implement complex workflows, features, and modules in Simplify360's products..

Work with engineering peers, management, and the product team to iterate on and refine product ideas..

Build REST-based API solutions and stand-alone modules that meet product requirements..

Take ownership of modules from design to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery..

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the relative importance of product features and work on effective solutions..

Troubleshoot and debug complex problems, offering creative and effective solutions..

Participate in full-stack projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development when necessary..

Required Skills And Experience.

Strong proficiency in Core Java, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem..

5+ years of experience in building enterprise-grade products and applications..

Strong competency in server-side architectures, with a focus on scalability and performance..

Proficient in SQL, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks..

Solid understanding of working within a Unix/Linux environment..

Prior experience with design, coding, and implementation of web services and RESTful APIs..

Comfortable handling full-stack projects, building prototypes, and delivering end-to-end solutions..

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them to business problems..

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field..
