We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and optimization of our SaaS web applications by gathering requirements, analyzing market trends, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. This role requires strong collaboration across product, engineering, and design teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to collect and document detailed product requirements.
• Assist in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories for development teams.
• Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Evaluate competitor offerings and provide insights into opportunities for differentiation.
• Analyze user feedback, sales data, and product performance metrics to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain product performance dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide recommendations for product optimization based on data insights.
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product requirements.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams during product development.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Incorporate findings into product improvements and future roadmaps.
• Support go-to-market strategies with data-driven insights on customer segmentation, pricing, and positioning.
• Participate in product development meetings, contributing to high-level strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in a Product or Business Analyst role, preferably in SaaS or web applications.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
• Proven ability to conduct market research and write detailed user stories and product requirements.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
