Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize a variety of digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Track and measure campaign performance to optimize ROI.

Website Optimization:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for improved search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the company's website to ensure high traffic and conversion rates through optimized content.
• Create and test content, blogs, and ads for operational efficiency

SEO Team Management:

• Oversee and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks, review work, and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, optimize user experience, and lead conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain optimal SEO performance.

Lead Generation:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert qualified leads.
• Utilize lead scoring and nurturing techniques to prioritize and engage potential customers.
• Create and optimize landing pages to increase signups

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and SEO metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and paid advertising.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and driving results.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and tools.
• Experience with popular digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
