Job Title: Front-End Developer/Designer (HTML/CSS Specialist)

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm IST

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Front-End Developer/Designer with a strong emphasis on expert-level HTML and CSS skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and a passion for crafting clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and related technologies (e.g., JavaScript, preprocessors).
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web pages for performance.
• Translate designs and wireframes into clean, well-structured, and efficient HTML/CSS code.
• Work closely with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the development process and team workflow.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Expert-level knowledge of HTML and CSS, including advanced techniques such as flexbox, grid, and CSS animations.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and experience working with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience with preprocessors such as Sass or Less.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your front-end development skills.
