Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop innovative and visually appealing graphics for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

- Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and engaging campaigns.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.

- Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

- Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that exceed their expectations.

- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in an agency setting with a focus on social media creatives.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media designs and campaigns.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.

- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.

Additional Skills:
