Job Summary : The Online Reputation Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategies to protect and enhance the online reputations of our clients.
- This role requires a deep understanding of reputation management practices, social media analytics, and the ability to effectively use Sprinklr to monitor and manage brand sentiment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and experience in handling crisis situations.
Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive ORM strategies to enhance and protect clients' online reputations.
- Sprinklr Management: Utilize Sprinklr for social listening, monitoring, and managing brand sentiment across various digital platforms.
- Crisis Management: Identify potential reputation risks and develop crisis management plans to address and mitigate negative online content or reviews.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create positive and engaging content that enhances the client's online presence.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media and online reviews to provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to clients.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries related to ORM.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to managing online reputation.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in ORM and effective use of Sprinklr.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online reputation management and social media analytics
