Evolute is seeking a proactive Technical Customer Support Leadto manage and enhance the customer support experience for our software products integrated into electronic solutions. This role involves leading a team of support specialists focused on software troubleshooting, ensuring timely issue resolution, and serving as the main point of escalation for complex software issues. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in software systems and electronic product integration, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End to end selection, recruitment of candidates for desired job roles.
2. Utilizing and managing applicant tracking system.
3. Providing recruitment reports/Updates to hiring managers on regular basis.
4. Utilizing various communication channels to understand candidate experiences, expectations, and cultural fitment for Evolute group.
5. Preparing job description based on mandates/specifications provided by the hiring managers/hods of various department.
6. Documentation of the interviews for the ease of decision-making.
7. Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
