No. of Direct Reportees: 4-5

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To promote the sales portfolio of the company under set standards/norms of the company. Must be able to assign tasks and timely compliance for Seniors as well as subordinates. To Understand self / team the market and must be capable to work as team player.

• Responsible to execute the circular/AIM/Objectives set by the company.
• Selection of new staff, induction of new staff in market.
• Team Building and removing obstacles for growth.
• Responsible to give all the job related Education/Training/feedbacks and support to a set of at least 6-member team
• Safeguard the Company Property/Assets (MSR/Stockist/Distribution channels)
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ability to understand Sales targets/ Company Objective/ Incentives and other criteria to grow his own team.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Work in an environment to motivate/To Train the set of people under control.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to Understand English and Scientific Terms./ Must able to communicate Medicine to his controlling market.
• Must have the experience of more than one year for his controlling area/ Knowledge about all the covering area, route charts
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook/ Gmail)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Must Posess a Bachelors Degree preferably Science.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have a Bike with valid Driving License.
• Must able to travel extensively by Bus/train/bike.
• Must be able to stay in hotels and far from the house.
• Maintain the fitness level to drive 150-200 km as per need.
• Not diagnosed with any serious disease which needs instant care or Emergency/ or refrains to drive or sit as a co passenger.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance, Dedication towards work.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
