JOB TITLE: Sr. Sales Executive

SALARY: 25,000 - 30,000 a month.

INCENTIVES: Attractive incentives of Rs.10,000 - 45,000 on a weekly, biweekly and monthly basis.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8 PM- 5 AM (Night shift)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Computer knowledge.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Preferred immediate joiners.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Candidates must feel completely comfortable working in night shift (8 PM- 5 AM) and from the office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders.
• Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive Sales and respond to customer rejections.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
• Gather feedback from customers on products and share it with the internal teams
• Responsible for clarifying and resolving customer complaints and queries, determining the cause of the problem, and providing the best resolution.
