Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer to join our team on a 6-month remote project.
This is a full-time position requiring a thoughtful, adaptive individual with a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in backend software development, working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proficiency with Ruby (3+ years) or a similar dynamic scripting language.
Strong experience with Rails (3+ years) or a similar web framework.
Familiarity with templating frameworks (e.g., Haml, ERB).
Experience with TDD/BDD frameworks like RSpec and Cucumber.
Solid knowledge of MySQL and relational database design.
